Bio

I grew up in Dubbo NSW, where I found my love and passion for health, exercise, and sport. From as early as I can remember, rugby league played a major role in my life and quickly became a true passion of mine. Growing up, I also spent time playing and trying a wide range of sports including swimming, touch football, triathlon, AFL, cricket, and water polo throughout school and junior sport. To this day, I’m still a passionate supporter of the Penrith Panthers (not a bandwagon supporter!).

During the later stages of high school, I discovered distance running and quickly developed a passion for endurance sport and athletics. What started as a new and difficult challenge soon became a major part of my life. Today, I compete as a semi-professional distance runner and have represented NSW multiple times across events ranging from the 1500m to the half marathon. Through my own sporting journey, I’ve experienced the highs and lows that come with exercise, injury, consistency, and long-term progression, which has strongly shaped the way I approach exercise physiology.

I moved to Sydney at 18 to study and pursue a career in Exercise Physiology. What I love most about exercise and health is helping people work towards goals that are important to them. I especially enjoy guiding people through the early stages of their journey, helping them build confidence, find their feet, and experience the satisfaction that comes with improvement and achieving meaningful goals.

I strongly believe in the importance of exercise for long-term health and wellbeing. Through both my own experiences and seeing the journeys of family members and friends, I understand how challenging improving health and fitness can feel at first. However, I’ve also seen firsthand how, with the right support, direction, and consistency, exercise can become an important and enjoyable part of life. My goal is to help people build confidence in themselves and experience the long-term benefits that movement and exercise can provide.
