Izaac: Growing up in Newcastle, Izaac was heavily involved in sports throughout his childhood, transitioning from soccer to AFL in 2019. After two years commuting to Sydney for Sydney University, he joined the Sydney Swans reserve grade squad. His passion for Exercise Physiology emerged after he broke his femur at 18, leading him to complete a Master’s degree. Izaac is committed to helping others overcome barriers in a supportive, friendly environment, prioritising comfort and confidence on their fitness journeys.
Quynh-Thu: Her lifelong passion for training and exercise was ignited by her early days as a competitive gymnast. After transitioning to coaching and pursuing Exercise Physiology, Quynh-Thu embraced pole dancing, teaching and competing since 2022. With personal experience of injuries and the impact of chronic conditions like type 2 diabetes, she empowers clients to take control of their health. Quynh-Thu welcomes individuals of all backgrounds into the gym, eager to help them unlock their potential and achieve their goals.
