Bio

I grew up in Strathfield in inner-west Sydney where I developed my love for sports and physical activity. I have always been involved in sport, mainly Football (soccer), which I played when I was five and then changed to Rugby League when I was 10 years old.

Summer sports mainly included touch football which I was able to play Junior State Cup for the Western Suburbs Magpies.

Within my time studying my Bachelors in Exercise and Sports Science I was able to develop a greater understanding of the human body, how we move and how to live the best and healthiest life. This led me to completing my Masters in Clinical Exercise Physiology.

My studies also led to me working at North West Sydney Football Club as a member in the High Performance team delivering and prescribing strength and rehab programs within the youth system (11-16 year olds) and Working at the Wests Tigers for 2 seasons as a performance analyst, mainly with Reserve grade and Pre seasons with the NRL squad.

This led to developing great professional relationships across athletes and staff which lead to further developing of my passion for physical activity and health from athletes to individuals living with a variety of chronic conditions and/or injuries.

And now I can do this everyday through individualised exercise prescription.
