Bio
Ali grew up in Hunters Hill and has always had a keen interest in sport. From a young age she competed in a range of sports including netball, athletics, touch football, rowing and rugby union and is still heavily involved in netball, rugby and rowing to this day.
After living in country England for a year, Ali returned home and completed a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science which she graduated from in 2021. This further sparked her interest in helping everyone increase their overall quality of life and healthspan through exercise. This lead to her enrolling into a Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology which she completed in July 2023.
In mid 2023, Ali underwent a major knee surgery after rupturing her ACL during one of her preseason rugby matches. This experience has given her a greater appreciation for the rehabilitation processes and allowed her to help use her own experience to further motivate and educate others.
Ali’s aim is to help everyone feel comfortable in the gym and ensure others are able to live a balanced and healthy lifestyle. She has experience working in a range of settings including neurological conditions, cancer, NDIS, musculoskeletal injuries and other chronic conditions.
