Bio
Ellen completed a Bachelor of Exercise Physiology at the University of New South Wales in 2021. Prior to this she worked as a Coordinator in Medical Research studying a range of chronic conditions including cardiovascular disease, respiratory conditions, sexual health and diabetes.
Ellen has played netball from 8 years old and since then has been selected into the Giants Academy Netball team for the 2021 & 2022 seasons and was chosen to represent the Giants Academy in the Australian National Competition team in 2021. She currently plays Premier League with the UTS Randwick Sparks and outside of Netball, Ellen enjoys ocean swims, tennis & yoga.
Sport has always been an integral part of Ellen’s life and in addition to netball, she has had a competitive background in basketball, swimming, soccer, surf lifesaving and athletics. Ellen has a strong passion in believing that movement is medicine through individualised exercise prescription. Helping people to realise the positive potential that exercise has in helping to improve and manage a multitude of health conditions is what drives Ellen in her practice as an Exercise Physiologist.
