How do Home visits work?
Your Longevity Exercise Physiologist is an expert at creating an individualised exercise program to meet your health goals and needs.
It doesn’t matter if you have limited-no equipment and only a small space. We help you maximise your home environment and show you how to exercise using what you already have. We are also able to bring some equipment to help supplement your routine.
Your Exercise Physiologist will perform a detailed assessment which includes a health history and functional testing to determine your fitness level. From here, they create a plan for you which may involve a combination of supervised home visits and independent exercise at home.
Who can an Exercise Physiologist help at home?
Everyone! We can help people manage chronic health conditions, injuries, disabilities, and their mental health conditions using exercise as medicine.
It can be also a great way to get started with meaningful lifestyle change. Let us help you start exercising for the first time or simply to find the best way to fit movement into your busy routine.

- Elderly community members
- Community members without access to transport
- NDIS participants
