What to expect in an initial consultation?

Longevity Exercise Physiology Drummoyne, EdgecliffMarrickvilleBella VistaRandwickPymbleNeutral Bay and Balmain want to explain to you about what to expect in your initial consultation with one of our team members.

The initial consult is the first stage for us to get to know you better, by using a highly personalised approach to assess your lifestyle, physical starting point and long term goals. Its one of the most important first steps in making a new positive change to your health

To begin the initial, we would start by talking through current lifestyle to understand your areas to improve on. We will also review your exercise history and past success or challenges you have had exercising.

We will then finish the consult by setting your goals and develop a clear plan moving forward together to achieve them

The next important area to assess is your current physical strength and mobility, identifying any weaknesses or mobility issues. We will then finish the consult by setting your goals and develop a clear plan moving forward together to achieve them.

Before the initial, the main thing is you come prepared with specific goals and any questions you may have about exercise for you personally. We understand it can often be a nervous and daunting time starting a new program, but we will be here to guide you carefully and give you the most accurate scientific advice which is specific to your current situation.

We look forward to meeting you at Longevity and starting your new exercise journey with us! Call us on 1300 964 002 to book in your initial consultation today.
