Meet our Exercise Physiologists at Pymble

At Pymble, we have two excellent Exercise Physiologists, Daniel and Susannah. Daniel has been working for as an Exercise Physiologist for over 6 years and been at Longevity for 3 years now, and is a highly experienced exercise physiologist working with many different health conditions. Daniel’s interest in exercise for chronic disease management and rehabilitation started at age 15 when his mother, who has many chronic health conditions, started seeing an Accredited Exercise Physiologist. He saw the positive impact that Exercise Physiology had and how it can improve an individual’s overall health and wellbeing.

Susannah has been working as an Exercise Physiologist for over 6 years and has been in the Longevity team since October 2020, after finishing her maternity leave. Susannah loves working with a wide range of conditions, and helping her clients feel better through exercise. She also loves to work with women’s health and pre- and post-natal issues.

Originally based in Lindfield…

As many of our long-term clients would know we started off in Lindfield 4 years ago inside Hive Active gym, with Daniel working only casual hours. Since then, Lindfield has grown to having 2 fulltime staff members.

Lindfield serviced many clients who live in the upper and lower north shore providing tailored, easily accessible Exercise Physiology to many people in need. We have a great network in the North Shore community and work with local GP’s, physiotherapists, dieticians and other allied health professionals.

In early 2021, due to circumstances out of our control, we had to find a a new location to continue to provide our high-quality service. We contacted North Shore Gym at Pymble who welcomed us with open arms and we have been operating there ever since. As unfortunate as the situation was when we found out we would have to move, we have been extremely fortunate to find such a great community-based gym, with excellent state of the art facilities and friendly staff and gym – goers who have been more than happy to accommodate for us.

How about a free 15-minute Gym Tour? Come and see the gym, walk around and chat to Daniel and Susannah about your exercise options. For more information call 1300 964 002.
