Longevity Exercise Physiology Marrickville is located within Anytime Fitness Marrickville. We also offer home visits, outdoor sessions, and telehealth consults. We work with a wide variety of clients and can provide services through NDIS, DVA, Medicare, WorkCover and Privately (with private health rebates).

Meet our Exercise Physiologist

Guy Beynon is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist and our team leader at our Marrickville location. Guy competes in powerlifting and is passionate about improving people’s health conditions, injuries and getting them exercising to the best of their ability. Guy works with a wide range of clients in the gym, at home visits and via Telehealth. Guy often collaborates with other health professionals in the inner west area to achieve the best health outcomes for his clients.

           

The location:

Our Marrickville location is our 2nd Anytime Fitness location (other is Randwick) which is a large complex, with 3 separate exercise areas across a 2-story building with a private car park. It has all the equipment you’d need to achieve your health goals within a large, comfortable environment.

What do I expect to get from working with an Longevity Exercise Physiologist?

In your first session, you will do an initial consultation where your health history, medical history, current and past exercise habits, goals and a strategic plan for your goals will be discussed. Followed by this, a range of physical and fitness tests to allow us to develop Individualised exercise prescription for your health and fitness goals. We take all this information to formulate a strategic plan to achieve your health goals.
