You need more than just exercise.
You need more than just exercise.
You need more than just exercise.
Today we take you through a story of a female in her mid-50’s who began training with Longevity Exercise Physiology at our Lindfield location at age 56. She had trained as a young adult, but after becoming a mum and working at the same time, she put her own health and wellbeing on the back…
At Longevity Personal Training and Exercise Physiology Edgecliff, Lindfield, Marrickville and Randwick, we are constantly asked what are the quardicep muscles, in particular the VMO and what it’s function is. Recently we published a post asking you a very important question: “What do you want?”. You can read the full article here. Before you read on, I want to make sure that you choose something. You can choose ANYTHING related to your health: reduce pain, lose weight, increase energy levels, live until I’m 100! You can choose anything you like. Choose it now.
The most important part of choosing what you want is making sure it is connected to what is most important to you. If family is important to you, make sure you connect it back to your family. If having a successful career is important to you, then connect it back to that. If your relationship with your partner is important, then connect it back to that. Today, for the first time I am sharing with you my personal story. This is the health story that when I reflect now has most shaped the person, the professional and the athlete that I have become. I hope that it will give you insight into what inspires me to come to work every day and change attitudes to life, death and disease through exercise:

At Longevity Exercise…
