Accredited Allied Health Assistant
Bio
I grew up in Singapore, on the East Coast of the United States, and in Sydney, Australia – an upbringing that fostered a lifelong passion for exercise and sport. From an early age, movement has been central to my life, beginning with football (soccer) at age four under the guidance of my dad, and evolving into a love for tennis, golf, and now competitive endurance sport as an Ironman 70.3 athlete.
Through years of training and competition, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for how exercise not only enhances performance, but also improves long-term health, resilience, and quality of daily living. This belief is what led me to pursue a career in exercise physiology.
I am currently completing my final placement for my Bachelor of Exercise Physiology at the University of Sydney, while working as an Allied Health Assistant at Longevity Exercise Physiology. Over the past four years, I have gained extensive experience as a Strength and Conditioning Coach, specialising in the rehabilitation of musculoskeletal injuries and working with individuals with complex clinical histories. My experience includes roles with the University of Sydney, Western Sydney Wanderers, Central Coast Mariners, and the Future Matildas Program.
I am deeply passionate about helping individuals achieve their goals through personalised, evidence-based exercise programming. By tailoring movement, habits, and challenges to each person’s needs, I aim to empower people to move better, perform better, and benefit from exercise across their lifetime.
