Longevity Exercise Physiology Drummoyne, EdgecliffMarrickville, Bella VistaRandwickPymble , Balmain and Neutral Bay are very excited to welcome our soon to be Accredited Exercise Physiologist, Annabel. Annabel will be working out of our new Neutral Bay location firstly as an Exercise Scientist and is currently two weeks away from obtaining her accreditation in a Masters of Exercise Physiology. Annabel is an individual who obtains a vast knowledge of exercise through her pervious coaching experience with a wide range of individuals.

Annabel has extensive working experience in a range of locations. Annabel commenced her fitness career in 2017 as a sports coach for her high school. She has coached a range of sports including swimming, waterpolo, basketball and netball. She has been a pool lifeguard for the past 4 years, gaining extensive customer service experience.

Annabel has loved playing a range of sport since she was very young growing up on the gorgeous Northern Beaches. She has participated in swimming, waterpolo, basketball and touch football for majority of her life. She also played soccer, which led to two anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) knee injuries, in 2016 and 2017.

In 2016, the same year she was completing her HSC, she suffered her first ACL injury playing soccer which led to 12 months of rehab with a physiotherapist with the goal to strengthen her lower limb muscles to get her back to the sport she loved. Upon returning to soccer 12 months later, she suffered the same injury to the same knee resulting in another 12 months of rehabilitation. Since this injury, this led her to delve into a career in the health and fitness industry, in the hope to support others going through injuries and conditions like herself.
