Luke has been an Exercise Physiologist for over 10 years in Neutral Bay already, with vast experience with different ages and health conditions in clientele. Personally his activity to keep active is soccer, he has been playing ever since he was young and loves the physical and mental benefits of it!

Professionally, his specialty area is strength training for older adults wanting to live a more active life with their family or kids, improve their performance on the recreational sporting field.

Luke has worked closely with a number of local health professionals in the local area to help improve adults lives, for those with pre existing injuries or illness.
