Introducing Luke! Our New Exercise Physiologist!

Longevity Exercise Physiology Drummoyne, EdgecliffMarrickvilleBella VistaRandwickPymble , Balmain and Neutral Bay are excited to announce one of our newest team members, Luke! Luke works at our Neutral Bay location, along with some other team members who are new to the Longevity family.

Luke has been an Exercise Physiologist for over 10 years in Neutral Bay already, with vast experience with different ages and health conditions in clientele. Personally his activity to keep active is soccer, he has been playing ever since he was young and loves the physical and mental benefits of it!

Professionally, his specialty area is strength training for older adults wanting to live a more active life with their family or kids, improve their performance on the recreational sporting field.

Luke believes no one body is the same, nor should their program be, which means individual programming is crucial to a successful exercise program. Luke has worked closely with a number of local health professionals in the local area to help improve adults lives, for those with pre existing injuries or illness. With his accreditation, he also offers rebates through Medicare or Private Health.
