Longevity Edgecliff, based within Regenesis Fitness was the first of our 8 locations. Jarrat Wood began his work as a sole trader in the Eastern Suburbs for 7 years before he created Longevity in 2015.
Longevity Edgecliff offers Exercise Physiology sessions within our clinic, home visits, outdoor sessions, and telehealth consultations. We service many areas around Edgecliff including, Double Bay, Rose Bay, Bellevue Hill, Bondi, Dover Heights, Watsons Bay and Vaucluse just to name a few.

The Team
At Edgecliff, we have 5 full-time Exercise Physiologists who can assist with any health issues and chronic conditions from young to old. Our team covers a wide range of interests and specialties so that we will always match you with the right person to help achieve your health and fitness goals.
Angela Vitucci is the team leader and has been working at Longevity for 3 years. She has experience working with scoliosis and spinal conditions but also enjoys working with osteoporotic clients to educate and improve bone mineral density.
Courtney Maher joined the team in 2018. She enjoys working with and educating clients who are completely new to the gym as well as those with disability such as multiple sclerosis and intellectual disabilities.
Mitchell Hooper also joined the team in 2018. Mitch helps a lot of clients with musculoskeletal issues, whether it’s the knee, back or hip, he enjoys improving strength and pain tolerance of all joints and muscles.
Guy Beynon joined in 2020 after completing a previous student placement with us the year before. Guy enjoys powerlifting and has experience working with clients who are suffering from musculoskeletal issues.
Shannon Coolican joined Longevity along with Guy in 2020. She has interest in treating clients with neurological conditions and enjoys improving the mobility and strength of the elderly.
