About our Exercise Physiologists

Georgia

For over 15 years, Georgia has gained extensive knowledge in fundamental principles of exercise science whilst competing as an elite 800m runner. This experience combined with the knowledge she gained from obtaining her Bachelor of Exercise Physiology at the University of Sydney has given Georgia a strong foundation to effectively treat clients of varying ages and abilities with great success. Georgia feels very passionately about helping as many individuals as she can through exercise to achieve their goals. Georgia’s aim to is to inspire and guide her clients to a happier and healthier life.

Kale

Kale’s understanding and passion for Exercise Physiology was established through his own participation in sport and then further into his professional career of Strength & Conditioning. While he enjoyed the action of the elite sport scene, Kale had a growing desire to use his skills to assist chronically ill population groups. He wanted to with the goal to improve their physical performance in a more functional modality to ultimately better their everyday life. He strives to educate his clients and provide them with the tools for self-management. He believes with an increase in clients knowledge of the role of exercise for their health, we can see an improvement in exercise adherence.

With the current COVID-19 restrictions and gyms being closed, we believe it more important than ever to keep moving. Not only for our physical health but also our mental health during this challenging time. If you’ve had a bit of a hiatus from exercise, let us help you return to normal activity levels safely and effectively!
