What It’s Like To Be A Longevity Exercise Physiologist

So what is is actually like being an Exercise Physiologist for Longevity? There are so many great things about being apart of the Longevity team, from the great team culture, continual support from fellow staff members and the many opportunities for career development. It provides you with the opportunity to make an impact on the lifespan and quality of life of our community with personalised exercise prescription. Furthermore, revolutionising the health and fitness industry so that personalised exercise prescription is a foundation of health for everyone.

Being an Exercise Physiologist for Longevity, not only provides you with the opportunity to positively change people’s lives, but you are also a part of a team that is given countless moments to grow professionally and personally. You are a part of a team that holds a strong name within the communities we are currently based in, constantly collaborating with other health professionals and services to help as many people as we can.

You are a part of a team that constantly looks out for each other. When faced with challenges – whether personal or professional, there’s always a team of support behind you every step of the way to help guide and promote you through these encounters to foster your growth.

Finally, as a Longevity Exercise Physiologist, you have autonomy over your schedule while being exposed to all populations of clients. This allows for a greater work-life balance and constant professional development.

What has great about being a part of this team is its bond and culture. Between clients we socialize, get coffee, joke around and relax together. This is what makes Longevity special; how well everyone gets along

In my personal experience starting in October 2020, what has great about being a part of this team is its bond and culture. Between clients we socialise, get coffee, joke around and relax together. This is what makes Longevity special; how well everyone gets along.

Outside of work, the team often gets together for planned social events or just casual outings, whether it is for drinks or a round of golf. Finally, after a day of work, Mitchell and I often train together and go out for dinners on the weekend.
