Bio
Luke has always maintained the philosophy that exercise should be the cornerstone of a healthy lifestyle. Exercise has played a vital role for different reasons in Luke’s life at various stages. In his younger years, he played competitive soccer and cricket and still today can be seen playing soccer in his local Hornsby Over 35s team. He has had to manage multiple injuries well with exercise to continue to play today!
Luke also uses exercise to be a role model and better Dad to his two girls. He understands the time constraints parents have, but the vital need exercise plays in a parents life to stay healthy and be better parents.
Luke graduated from UNSW in 2010 when Exercise Physiology was still a relatively new profession. Luke has served on the Exercise Physiology board of NSW. He passionately advocates for how important Exercise Physiology is for every Australian to improve all aspects of their lives and build their own Longevity.
