Omar Barbar – Accredited Exercise Physiologist
Omar grew up in Southwest Sydney and has always had a passion for sports and exercise. After completing degrees in Law and Business, he decided to follow his true interest in health and fitness. He went on to complete a Bachelor of Exercise Physiology at the University of New South Wales (UNSW) and has dedicated himself to empowering individuals to take control of their health through exercise. He lives for exercise and seeing others experience the benefit of it.
Lara Mascaro – Accredited Exercise Physiologist
Lara has a passion for helping people improve their quality of life through movement. She completed her Bachelor’s degree in Sport and Exercise Science at Western Sydney University and her Masters of Exercise Physiology at the University of Sydney. She believes exercise should be accessible to everyone, no matter their age, condition, or experience level. Her areas of special interest include musculoskeletal rehabilitation, neurological conditions and supporting older adults to improve their independence, mobility, and confidence in everyday life.
