Welcome to our New Exercise Physiologist, Kale!

Longevity Exercise Physiology Drummoyne, EdgecliffMarrickville, Bella VistaRandwickPymble and Balmain are very excited to welcome our soon to be Accredited Exercise Physiologist, Kale. Kale will be working out of our Drummoyne location as an Exercise Scientist and is currently two weeks away from completing his Masters of Exercise Physiology. Kale is an individual who obtains a vast knowledge of exercise through his exposure to the professional sporting arena.

Kale’s understanding and desire for Exercise Physiology was established through his own experiences in the participation of sport and then further into his professional career of Strength & Conditioning. Kale has had experience working with two very well known and respected rugby league teams, South Sydney Rabbitohs and Parramatta Eels. It was in this environment Kale had the opportunity to learn from some of the very best in their field. Kale’s time working with athletes exposed him to extreme end of the spectrum, that being the small percentage of physical performance. Although, a want and desire was identified to put his skills and knowledge into practice in chronically ill population groups, with the goal to improve their physical performance in a more functional modality to ultimately better their everyday life. This led to Kale furthering his education from his previous Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science completed at the Australian Catholic University to a Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology at Charles Sturt University.

Kale has had experience working with two very well known and respected rugby league teams, South Sydney Rabbitohs and Parramatta Eels.

Throughout Kales Masters degree, he worked in the industry as a Personal Trainer and Exercise Physiologist Assistant. This exposed Kale to a variety of client goals, conditions and desired outcomes. Through his work for the last three years, Kale has developed an interest in treating individuals with musculoskeletal conditions, metabolic diseases, neurological complications, cancer and age-related bone degenerative conditions.

Kale strives to educate his patients and provide them with the tools for self-management. Kale believes with an increase in clients knowledge of the role of exercise for their health, we see an improvement in exercise adherence. We know with more consistent training, we see better results, and this applies to individuals of varying abilities. Whether you are an individual who suffers from a chronic disease, or interested in starting or continuing exercise; there are always alternatives to allow for movement and for you to reap the benefits of a happier and healthier life.
