  • We bring equipment as well as help you utilise your home environment for exercise

Online Exercise Sessions

  • We call via Zoom and conduct your assessment/session as a telehealth consult.

Outdoor Exercise Sessions

  • We conduct your exercise session at a near-by Randwick Park
  • We bring equipment and show you how to utilise an outdoor environment for exercise
