Meet our Exercise Physiologists

We have three Exercise Physiologists at Pymble: Susannah, Josh and Grayson. They also work closely with other GPs, allied health services and specialists in the area, to help you get the best outcomes from your treatment!

Our team leader, Susannah, is passionate about helping her clients find the right type of exercise to manage their aches and pains, perform activities of daily living more easily and have an overall better quality of life. During her own pregnancies, she has also become quite passionate about pre- and post-natal exercise and helping mothers return to prior physical health and fitness. Outside of work, Susannah has a strong background in swimming and water polo and worked for many years as a swimming instructor.

Our second team member, Josh, has a huge interest in post-injury rehabilitation. He has also worked with many clients with chronic conditions, and other medically complex clients to help them achieve their health and fitness goals. He has also helped many clients with intellectual and physical disabilities. He also has a keen interest in helping children and teens with growing pains. Our third team member, Grayson, was inspired to pursue exercise physiology following his own rehabilitation after two ACL tears.
