What we love about Longevity: Clients
The greatest part about working at Longevity Exercise Physiology is the people we get to meet and help!
Our clients are part of a very special community of people who prioritise health and who are investing in their long-term wellbeing.
Who we help?
At Longevity Exercise Physiology, Drummoyne, Edgecliff, Marrickville, Castle Hill, Randwick, Pymble, Kingsgrove, Neutral Bay, and Coburg, we work with an incredibly diverse range of clients. We see and treat people through a variety of service modalities, including:
Medicare
WorkCover
DVA
NDIS
Private health
We also work with clients from a range of age groups and levels of ability. We have helped children through to the elderly, and those with greater clinical needs, through to more ‘healthy’ populations and elite athletes.
It is so great having a varied case load – every session and every day is so different! I have been able to build a wide range of clinical skills and experiences, and as a result, I feel more confident to help absolutely anybody that walks through the door.
Where we train?
We are a predominantly gym-based Exercise Physiology company. We have great relationships with a variety of commercial gyms and one of our own studio gyms. Our gym-based setting means we have full access to the gym equipment for all our client sessions. I love being able to improve my clients’ health outside of the traditional ‘clinical setting’, where there is variety, social stimulation, and a real community feeling.
I love seeing our clients build confidence in the gym and I love helping them to see improvements every week!
The best bit
We work with our clients long-term – that’s why we are called Longevity! We are all about long-term health and wellbeing. This means we have regular contact with our clients, and we work with them over a significant period, allowing us to build strong relationships and rapport.
These relationships allow us to really connect with our clients’ goals, work commitments, family responsibilities and leisure activities. It helps us really individualise and tailor our exercise prescription to suit our clients’ needs. It also means our sessions are extremely enjoyable and fun, full of great conversations, and incredible achievements!
In summary, working at Longevity means working with great people and helping great clients. The varied case load and gym-based environment is a fantastic opportunity for anyone looking to grow in this field, particularly for new graduates.
We have roles available at a few of our locations, so if you are looking for a role that provides you with a varied caseload, find us on LinkedIn. Alternatively give us a call on 1300 964 002 today to find out more!
