The City2Surf is on Sunday 13th of August, and with only six weeks to go, our team is 30 people strong and growing! We encourage you to grab you family, your partners, your friends and sign up! If you are thinking about running the City2Surf, we can make sure you’re well prepared. Across our team we have lots of experience with distance-running, with some of our team even competing at a professional level. If walking is more your speed, over the years we have developed foolproof systems to improve both your cardiovascular fitness and strength so that you too can be well-prepared!

Our sessions are one on one, so they can be tailored to suit your exact needs and goals. They are an hour long, so we have enough time to work on both your strength and cardiovascular fitness. We will set you up with an exercise plan for the week and keep you accountable to that plan, so that you can stay on track with your goals.
