Marketing Manager and Accredited Exercise Physiologist

Bio

Growing up in a sports fanatic family, I have been surrounded by physical activity all my life. I grew up playing tennis and cheerleading, before playing rugby league for the Newtown Jets. Amongst my sporting endeavours, I fell into the group training environment which I loved and started coaching classes whilst I studied at University. Seeing how much of a difference I made in people’s lives every day motivated me to pursue my Masters in Exercise Physiology at The University of Sydney. During my studies I was fortunate enough to gain experience within both hospital and private clinic settings, and enjoyed working individually with a range of clients who were all on a journey to improving their health for life.

I have so much energy and genuine passion for health and fitness that I love sharing with my clients and I look forward to the many relationships that I will form at Longevity. It’s always a good time to prioritise your health goals, so I’m really excited to be able to share how valuable the Longevity way is, no matter what background our clients come from.
