Bio

Katie grew up around the Seattle, Washington area in the United States. She played the tenor saxophone in the school band and even traveled to Spain with her ensemble to play in Valencia, Madrid, and Barcelona. She played tennis all four years of high school and worked at an ice cream shop. Katie attended the University of Washington from 2014 to 2018 and studied abroad in Peru and The San Juan Islands in pursuit of her major in Environmental Studies and minor in Marine Biology. After University she worked as a Project Manager for a promotional products distributor but found the fast pace and demanding work environment weren’t sustainable for her career.

In 2022 Katie took a leap of faith and moved across the world to Australia with her partner and pet Corgi named Kyle. Since then Katie has enjoyed exploring Sydney, Melbourne, and The Whitsundays, soaking in all the natural and cultural experiences along the way. Katie started at Longevity in February, 2024 as an administrative assistant and is actively working towards Longevity’s mission to help all Australians have access to wholistic healthcare through exercise physiology.
