Accredited Exercise Physiologist

Bio

I grew up in Newcastle where I had a very active upbringing playing multiple sports and always trying to keep up with my talented older brother in surfing and skating. I played soccer for over 15 years before making the transition to AFL in 2019. I commuted to Sydney from Newcastle for two years playing for Sydney University before being selected in the Sydney Swans reserve grade squad in the VFL competition, which led to my move to Sydney.

I became passionate about Exercise Physiology and using exercise as medicine after breaking my femur when I was 18 and going through my own rehab journey. Since then I have completed my Masters in Exercise Physiology and furthered my passion to help people along their journey to bettering themselves and working through any barriers that may be stopping them from achieving their goals.

I believe in creating a supportive and friendly environment for people in a setting that may be unfamiliar or daunting for a lot of people. Helping someone feel comfortable and confident so they can be consistent in their journey to bettering themselves is the most important thing for me.
