Bio

Travis grew up in the South West Sydney region of Wollondilly, partaking in a variety of sports and adventure activities across his youth, highlighting his talent and competitiveness. He was able to demonstrate his personal skills of leadership and resilience through the opportunities he took on. Travis still plays soccer for a local club during the winter, however, has now dedicated further focus on his career.

Travis has a strong passion for using exercise to prevent and improve many chronic health conditions and assist in developing enhanced sport and goal performance. Travis completed his Batchelor of Health Science (Accredited Exercise Science) at WSU, then went on to further study his Masters of Exercise Physiology at UOW.

The skills developed through Travis’s experience make him a valuable health professional to every clients allied health journey. He loves working with musculoskeletal injuries, metabolic syndrome, neurological conditions and athletic performance populations.

Outside of the workspace you will find Travis in the gym, spending time with family/friends and exploring new locations and activities. Travis believes that progression and change starts NOW
