Bio

Growing up in Pitt Town and Dural in Sydney’s Hawkesbury and North-West, I developed a lifelong passion for sport and physical activity. I attended The Hills Grammar School, where I played soccer, basketball, and rugby. During high school, I also worked closely with a personal trainer, whose mentorship sparked my interest in strength training and inspired me to pursue a career in exercise and rehabilitation.

In 2016, I completed my Certificate IV in Fitness with the Australian Institute of Personal Trainers and began working as a personal trainer. Since then, I have worked with everyone from first-time exercisers to recreational athletes and individuals managing chronic health conditions, helping them build strength, improve fitness, recover from injury, enhance performance, and develop sustainable exercise habits that support long-term health.

Driven to deepen my knowledge, I completed a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science (BExSSc) at Australian Catholic University in 2023, followed by a Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology (MCEP) in 2026. This training has enabled me to combine nearly a decade of coaching experience with evidence-based clinical practice, allowing me to support people living with musculoskeletal injuries, neurological conditions, cardiovascular and metabolic disease, cancer, and other complex health conditions.

My approach is centred on understanding what matters most to each individual and developing practical, personalised exercise programs that fit their goals, lifestyle, and stage of life. Whether you’re recovering from injury, managing a chronic condition, improving your physical performance, or looking to stay active as you age, my aim is to help you move with confidence and enjoy the lasting benefits that exercise can provide.

Outside of the gym, you’ll usually find me spending time with my dog, Moana, exploring bushwalking trails, supporting the Wests Tigers, or keeping up to date with the latest research in exercise science and rehabilitation.

I believe every Australian deserves access to high-quality, evidence-based exercise care. My passion is in helping people live longer, healthier, and more active lives through safe, effective, and evidence-based exercise.
