Accredited Exercise Physiologist

Bio

Growing up on the Northern Beaches, Sydney being active was always part of my lifestyle. I loved going down to the beach on the weekend, and any sport that got thrown at me, I would give a try. I grew up playing a range of sports but stuck with touch football and soccer competitively. As an active kid I had my fair share of injuries which resulted in me being side-lined for many months at a time. It’s not until I look back on these injuries that I realise the power of exercise in not only injury rehabilitation but in both physical and mental health and well-being.

I completed my undergraduate degree in Sports and Exercise Science and completed my Masters in Exercise Physiology at ACU. Through my experiences at University particularly during my placements, I was driven by seeing clients achieve their goals (whether that was big or small) through the use of exercise. I often think exercise is under prescribed as medicine and seeing the impact it has on a wide variety of individuals with different clinical conditions and goals shows the impact it can have on many people’s health and well-being.

Now working at Longevity, I strive to understand each client in order to implement a holistic exercise program to help individuals achieve their goals. I love being apart of and celebrating clients when they achieve their goals and milestones
