Bio

I was born in Kilkeel, Northern Ireland, and moved to Brisbane during my primary school years. Currently, I reside in Ipswich. Throughout my life, I’ve been involved in multiple sports, but most enjoy resistance training, hiking, running, swimming, and, most notably, Muay Thai. With three Muay Thai fights under my belt, I’m also focused on expanding my fight experience and ultimately aiming for a QLD championship title.

My journey in exercise has given me a deep appreciation for the transformative power of physical activity on overall health. This passion led me to pursue a career in exercise physiology, with the goal of helping as many people as possible experience the profound benefits of exercise. I hold a degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology from QUT and have gained experience working with both individuals and groups, including general populations and Muay Thai athletes.

I’m particularly motivated by helping people who are new to exercise, struggle with mental health challenges, or are managing chronic injuries or conditions. Witnessing their growth and seeing them embrace the positive impacts of consistent, structured exercise is incredibly rewarding. I firmly believe that exercise is essential for everyone—regardless of age, condition, or ability level—to promote long-term health and longevity.
