Accredited Exercise Physiologist

Bio

I was born and raised in Hong Kong and have a sporting background in field hockey, athletics, and gymnastics. My passion for exercise began at a young age, and I credit my parents for role-modelling what a healthy and active lifestyle looks like. Both are still very active individuals now in their late 50s—Dad runs and sails on the weekends, while Mum dances several days a week, even while living with chronic low back pain. This inspired my interest in learning how I could help enhance people’s lives through movement, which led me to complete a degree in Exercise Physiology at the University of Sydney.

I previously worked as a personal trainer, and my individualised, tailored approach to each client’s needs has helped many achieve meaningful and sustainable results. I’ve also gained invaluable insight through my university placements in the public sector for mental health, neurological rehabilitation, and clinical Pilates, which all inform my current practice. Over time, I’ve developed a particular interest in Women’s Health and healthy ageing for older adults.

I’m passionate about being an Exercise Physiologist because I believe deeply in the power of movement. I’m committed to sharing that passion to help you achieve your goals—no matter how big or small. I truly believe it’s never too late to start exercising, and that positive change is always possible, regardless of age, physical capacity, or health status.
