Bio

I grew up in Melbourne’s eastern suburbs, where I was first introduced to team sports and discovered my passion for netball. I began playing at the age of seven, progressing from social to representative competitions and it was here where I developed a strong appreciation for the importance of training—not only for athletic performance, but also for long-term health and wellbeing. This passion led me to my first role as a Strength and Conditioning Coach, where I worked with both group classes and one-on-one clients, helping individuals achieve their health goals. Alongside this, I began working in netball-specific strength and conditioning, teaching young athletes the fundamentals of training to help them excel both on the court and beyond sport.

My love for sport and exercise inspired me to complete a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science, and I am currently completing a Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology. Through my university placements, I have worked with neurological populations, gaining valuable insight into how tailored exercise programs can be truly life-changing—an approach I strive to implement across all populations. I have a particular interest in working with older adults, women’s health, and sports specific training and I am passionate about helping people improve their overall quality of life regardless of age, health status, or how big or small their goals may be!
