Bio

I grew up in Sydney and developed a love for sport and movement from a young age. I began playing football and cricket at the age of six, followed by Little Athletics a year later. This passion continued throughout primary school and into early high school, with regular participation in multiple sports each week. During my early teenage years, my running began to take off, and I represented NSW multiple times annually in both middle-distance and cross-country events. Alongside this, I continued to play cricket and football at a high level through school.

Since leaving school, I have continued to pursue my goal of becoming an elite middle-distance runner, which has meant other sports have taken a back seat. However, in my final years of school and early university, I still enjoyed participating in a range of social sports including touch football, Oztag, volleyball, basketball, tennis, netball, cycling, and swimming. This broad exposure to sport has deepened my passion for exercise and movement and ultimately led me to pursue a Bachelor of Exercise Physiology at the University of Sydney.

Throughout my degree, I developed a strong appreciation for the benefits of exercise for people of all abilities, regardless of their conditions or barriers. Combined with my lifelong involvement in sport, this has driven my desire to help people become the best version of themselves through exercise and foster a lifelong love of health and movement. I have a particular interest in working with running and other sport-related injuries, supporting rehabilitation and return to activity – an area I connect with personally through my own sporting journey. I especially enjoy helping people return to running after a long break or hit that new PB they’ve been dreaming of. Furthermore, I’m also passionate about working with people with neurological conditions and supporting clients achieve their weight loss goals.
