Bio

Growing up in Albury, Chrissy was involved in a variety of sports including swimming, netball, and water polo. Her favourite activity was slalom waterskiing, and weekends were often spent at the lake with family and friends. She still loves getting out for a ski whenever the opportunity arises.

For Chrissy, becoming a Clinical Exercise Physiologist was about helping people build confidence, strength, and resilience while also finding enjoyment in movement. With a strong background in hybrid training, she enjoys challenging herself through competitive powerlifting, half marathons, and Hyrox. Most recently, competing in powerlifting has strengthened her appreciation for structured programming, consistency, and the process required to achieve meaningful outcomes.

After completing both a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science and a Master’s in Clinical Exercise Physiology at Charles Sturt University, Chrissy enjoys supporting a wide range of individuals to improve their health, performance, and quality of life. She values creating a supportive environment where exercise feels both enjoyable and achievable, while helping clients build long-term confidence in movement.
