Bio

Caleb is a born and raised Canberran who has worked in multiple areas of the health and fitness industry giving him a wide understanding of the industry and how to best help people reach their fitness goals, no matter what they may be.

Growing up Caleb played and loved AFL, something which he has played on and off throughout his life. Caleb also spent some time playing Gridiron which he has always had a passion for. It was not until 16 when Caleb first went to the gym and has not stopped since. Caleb has taken a hybrid approach to his own training incorporating all types of exercise into his day to day life. Caleb is currently training for triathlons and marathons whilst still being heavily into strength training.

Caleb completed a Bachelor of Exercise Physiology and Rehabilitation at the University of Canberra. During his studies Caleb was able to gain experience working with a wide variety of clients but found a real passion for working with neurological conditions, neurodiversity and intellectual disabilities. This is an area which he found fulfilling but often overlooked. Throughout his career in the fitness and health industry Caleb has had the privilege of working with the elderly, youth, new mums, muscular rehabilitation, healthy populations, cardiac conditions, neurological conditions, neurodiversity and athletes. Caleb has been able to assist all types of people achieve all types of goals.

Growing up, Caleb wanted to be a Chef and still has a passion for cooking. When Caleb isn’t training he loves the surf, snow, cooking and camping. Caleb loves all sports, following the AFL and NFL very closely, going for the North Melbourne Kangaroos and New York Giants.

Caleb takes a very holistic approach to his work and believes that exercise is powerful for someone’s mental health just as much as it is for their physical health. Whether it is learning how to exercise for the first time or preparing for an elite sport Caleb believes that all fitness goals are just as important to each person.
