Accredited Exercise Physiologist

Bio

Chloe has developed a deep-rooted passion for physical fitness and well-being. Her journey into the world of exercise physiology is marked by her strong connection to sports, a commitment to education, and an unwavering desire to help others achieve their health and fitness goals.

From her early years, Chloe was actively involved in sports, participating in track and field, and taking on the role of captain in touch football during her teenage years. During her university years, Chloe continued to actively engage in sports, with a particular focus on OzTag. She represented UNSW at Nationals, Homebush at the NSW State Cup and China at the International Tag Series.

A pivotal moment in Chloe’s journey came when she faced a knee injury that necessitated a year- long recovery and rehabilitation process. During this challenging period, she developed a profound appreciation for functional training, plyometrics, and power in rehabilitation. It was during this time that Chloe recognized her calling – to support others in returning to the activities they love.

Chloe’s path to becoming an exercise physiologist took a turn when she decided to redirect her educational pursuits. Fuelled by her passion for the fusion of science and exercise, she made the transition from a commerce degree to pursue exercise physiology at UNSW. To deepen her understanding of the allied health sector, Chloe gained hands-on experience working as a receptionist in a physiotherapy and exercise physiology clinic, as well as at a gym. These experiences significantly enriched her understanding of the essential role that exercise plays in daily life and overall well-being.

A defining feature of Chloe’s professional identity is her unwavering dedication to helping others achieve their health and fitness goals. Drawing from her own experiences with injury rehabilitation and her personal fitness journey, she expertly combines her knowledge and empathy to assist clients dealing with injuries, chronic conditions, performance enhancement, functional improvement, and preventive measures. Her approach is marked by a strong emphasis on building supportive and friendly relationships with her clients, especially those navigating unfamiliar terrains, to inspire confidence and promote overall well-being.
