Trish’s Story 

As a mother of two children, aged 20 and 18, I’ve always juggled the demands of parenthood alongside other responsibilities. However, it wasn’t until I began training at Longevity just over a year ago that I truly understood the profound impact exercise could have on my role as a mother.

Exercise became more than just a physical activity—it became my lifeline, helping me manage stress, boost energy levels, and improve sleep quality amidst the chaos of full-time work and parenting.
