Colin Chan

Accredited Exercise Physiologist

Bio

My journey in sports began at a young age, participating in a variety of activities including badminton, table tennis, basketball, and tennis. These experiences not only instilled in me a love for sports but also provided a deep understanding of the physical and mental benefits of an active lifestyle. With this, I was driven to study a Bachelors of Exercise Physiology at UNSW.

Last year, I sustained a knee injury during volleyball that significantly impacted my life. This personal experience heightened my interest in musculoskeletal injuries and rehabilitation, driving me to specialize in helping others recover from similar setbacks. With this, I was able to complete a full recovery and enjoy volleyball again at a high level. At Longevity, I am dedicated to applying my knowledge and experience to support clients in achieving their health and fitness goals, whether they are recovering from an injury or looking to enhance their overall well-being.
