Longevity Exercise Physiology, Five Dock, operates out of the Anytime Fitness on Great North Rd. The location is easy to access with free parking nearby, and there is a great community feel within the gym. Our team at Five Dock work with individuals from all over the Inner West, including:

Our Five Dock location is in a commercial gym, so you have full access to all gym equipment! You will also be provided a free tour of the gym if you’re thinking about getting started.

Our sessions are unique, tailored to your needs and conditions. We understand a gym setting might not be suitable for every individual which is why we also offer: 

  • online Telehealth sessions
  • home visits and 
  • outdoor consults.

At Five Dock, we also provide treatment for clients through Medicare referrals (including Chronic Disease Management or care plans), private health rebates, Work Cover and personal injury, NDIS and DVA.

Ellen is our team leader at Five Dock and has a lot of experience with a range of
conditions, previously working at our Edgecliff location. As your Exercise Physiologist, she
works closely with other GPs, allied health services and specialists in the area, to help you
get the best outcomes from your treatment!

Ellen has always had a passion for the human body and exercise. She was inspired to
work as an Exercise Physiologist to help people learn to enjoy movement and how it can
help them with their health now and long term. Learning how exercise can be
individualised to every condition to help improve the quality of life of others motivates Ellen
every day.

Ellen is committed to her clients goals no matter how big or small they may be
and she endeavors to build the confidence and independence of her clients to help them
attain these goals. Ellen has a particular interest in musculoskeletal and mental health
conditions and women’s health. Outside of work, she enjoys ocean swimming, camping
and live music.
