Meet our Exercise Physiologists

Our team at Randwick is now a team of four: Ashleigh, Eleni, Rachel and Ben. Our Randwick team have had a lot of experience with a range of conditions. They also work closely with other GPs, allied health services and specialists in the area, to help you get the best outcomes from your treatment!

Our team leader, Ashleigh, believes that exercise should be accessible and for everyone, and that no matter your age or level of experience, there is always something you can do to get moving. Her areas of interests include falls prevention, metabolic management, women’s health and cancer. She strives to create a balance of challenge and enjoyment for her clients, so that they can get the most out of every session. Ashleigh loves her sports and is a keen player of touch football and netball. Outside of work, she enjoys travel, and spending time on her family’s farm.

Our second team member, Eleni, was inspired to become an EP following her own experience with the rehabilitation process with two ACL knee reconstructions. She is passionate about helping people feel empowered and confident both physically and mentally. She has a particular interest in women’s health, mental health and musculoskeletal conditions. Outside of work, she enjoys travelling and spending time at the beach.

Our third team member, Rachel, has always led an active lifestyle, and she has a background in strength and conditioning training, Cross Fit and weightlifting. She too went through the process of injury rehab many times during her time as a dancer, which inspired her passion for exercise therapy. Her specialities include musculoskeletal injury rehabilitation, disability and women’s health. She takes great care of all her clients with her compassion and eye for detail, and strives to help everyone in the community live a happier, healthier life. Outside of work, she enjoys walking her dogs, travelling and spending time with family.

Our newest team member, Ben, recently moved to Sydney from Perth. He has a lot of experience with kids, sports coaching and strength training. He is particularly passionate about working with mental health and metabolic conditions, as he has seen the impact structured exercise can have on their wellbeing. Outside of work, he loves to play field hockey, and he is currently playing for the first division UNSW men’s team in the Sydney Premier League.
