Exercising outdoors – your option to safe, effective, and sustainable exercise!

Today Longevity Exercise Physiology Drummoyne, EdgecliffMarrickvilleBella VistaRandwickPymbleNeutral Bay and Balmain are offering outdoor sessions as part of our services during the current COVID-19 lockdown restrictions in NSW. Outdoor sessions are a great option for those who want to exercise, minimise risk, or want to be able to spend more time outside.

If you’re currently not training due to your gym being closed, or other circumstances due to lockdown, we are here to provide you with the sustainable option – especially as we move into the warmer months of the year!

Evidence shows that extended periods of being sedentary and inactive causes our bodies begin to decondition including increases in fat mass, reductions in muscle mass, muscle strength and fitness.

Can I do outdoor sessions if I’m a new client?

We can conduct an initial consultation outdoors, where we will go through your medical history, exercise history, goals, strength/fitness/balance assessments and formulate a strategy to help you achieve your health goals!

Do I Need my own equipment?

The all our Exercise Physiologists have their own equipment and are experts in prescribing exercise so they can be quite creative with what they have!

Is it safe?

When we train outdoors, we will be socially distanced and wearing masks the entire time. We also make the effort to clean our equipment before and after use between clients.

If you have any questions, please give us a call! Longevity offers FREE 15-minute consultations where we can discuss how we can help you in your circumstances and formulate a strategy.

Health is currently a major focus worldwide and as such, there is no better time than to reflect on your own health and ask, could it be improved? Longevity is here to help you make your health a priority and we are experts in preventing and managing chronic conditions or injuries!

Lockdown is not ending anytime soon – stop waiting!

If you have any questions or would like to book in, please call 1300 964 002 for a free 15-minute consultation.
