How Our Clients Help Us: Adding Value to Our Lives Outside of the Gym
As part of client appreciation week, Longevity Exercise Physiology Drummoyne, Edgecliff, Marrickville, Castle Hill, Randwick, Pymble, Kingsgrove, Neutral Bay and Coburg want to say a BIG thank you to all our clients and the value they have given us over the years.
Our clients are what makes working for Longevity amazing every day. We are so fortunate to work with such inspiring individuals, and forever thankful that you have placed your trust in Longevity to help you with your health and wellbeing goals. Our clients are the heart of the Longevity community and what makes it so special.
Over the years, new friendships have blossomed, business advice has been given and even bridal parties formed! These are just a few examples of how our clients have added value to our lives.
At Longevity, our goal is to create a community for our clients that inspires and motivates, and give them a space to feel comfortable to train in. This would not be possible, if it weren’t for our clients who are so open to friendship. At Castle Hill for example, clients catch up regularly for lunch together – they all met while training at Longevity. The energy at the gym is great when clients are chatting, sharing jokes and laughing, it bring so much more enjoyment to our locations.
Recently, one of our team members Mitchell moved to Canada to start Longevity Barrie. The friendships he developed whilst working at our Edgecliff location meant that one of his clients became part of his bridal party! To be able to call one of our clients our closest friends is an amazing testament to the close relationship Mitchell formed with his clients. Similarly, one of Jarrat’s first ever clients Husband’s was a groomsmen at Jarrat’s wedding last year.
Georgia at Drummoyne, has told us how much she values her ‘second mums.’ Her clients have given her her priceless life advice and assistance over the years. I know Georgia is not alone here, as many of our Exercise Physiologists have commented on how our clients often take on a parental role in our lives.
Professional advice is just another way clients have helped us. The trust and relationships formed with clients has opened the door to us receiving business and financial advice. One of Lukes clients at Neutral Bay helped him recently purchase a property through conveyancing advice. One of our other Neutral Bay clients is a Professor of Marketing, giving valuable advice to our team on how we can collaborate and connect with more health professionals. Jarrat has numerous clients who have helped with real estate advice, brokering and business mentoring.
We have so many examples of how our clients have helped us over the years, if I listed them all, this would be a book, not a blog!
We are incredibly lucky to work with individuals everyday who show genuine interest in us, not only as Exercise Physiologists, but who we are outside of the gym as well. As Exercise Physiologists, it’s meant to be our job to add value to our clients lives through exercise. In reality, however, our clients are the ones who bring us equal if not more value by sharing their experiences with us.
Thank you to our clients who are the core of our special community. We look forward to counting to work with you for many years to come!
