Accredited Exercise Physiologist

Bio

Movement has always been a big part of my life. I grew up playing netball from the age of eleven, spending many years competing in NSW representative teams, and playing touch football with the Parramatta Eels. I also enjoyed sports like basketball and Oztag over the years. More recently, I’ve found a love for running, completing City2Surf in 2025, and have my sights set on a half-marathon in the near future.

Becoming an Exercise Physiologist felt like a natural path for me. I completed my degree at UNSW, having experienced working across both the Workers’ Compensation and neurological rehabilitation spaces, supporting people recovering from injuries or living with neurological conditions to rebuild strength, confidence and independence through individualised exercise programs. My passion for this work is shaped by personal experience. Seeing the impact of heart conditions in my family and navigating injuries myself has driven my interest in cardiovascular health and musculoskeletal rehabilitation, not just for physical recovery, but for the powerful effect exercise can have on mindset and mental wellbeing.

Above all, I look forward to working alongside you to help enhance and extend your quality of life. My goal is to support you in feeling stronger, more confident and more independent in your everyday life, using enjoyable, achievable forms of movement that fit into your lifestyle and help you feel your best both physically and mentally.
