Accredited Exercise Physiologist

Bio

From a young age sport and physical activity were a big part of my life. I grew up in Southwest Sydney and played a variety of sports, including swimming, athletics, tennis, touch football and soccer. This is where I developed my love for health, movement, and performance. Over time I developed a deep appreciation for how exercise can positively impact not only physical health, but also mental wellbeing.

My passion for helping people improve their quality of life through movement led me to pursue a career in Exercise Physiology. I completed my Bachelor’s degree in Sport and Exercise Science at Western Sydney University and my Masters of Exercise Physiology at the University of Sydney. I’m passionate about empowering people to take control of their health by finding movement they enjoy and can sustain long term. I believe exercise should be accessible to everyone, no matter their age, condition, or experience level.

My areas of special interest include musculoskeletal rehabilitation, neurological conditions and supporting older adults to improve their independence, mobility, and confidence in everyday life. Outside of work, I love staying active through the gym, running, and coastal walks. I’ve set myself the personal goal of competing in more running events, including 10km races and the City2Surf, as I enjoy the challenge, structure, and sense of accomplishment that training for an event brings. These goals keep me motivated and remind me of the importance of consistency and progress – the same principles I aim to instill in my clients.
