Bio

Born in Mannheim Germany, my family moved to Australia when I was 2 and quickly involved themselves in the sporty culture that characterises so much of the country. I started playing football at age 5 and quickly fell in love with team sports. Soon to follow was basketball which I played at a representative level for Manly Warringah Basketball Association, surf lifesaving for Freshwater Beach, surfing, tennis, swimming, athletics, gridiron and more. Whatever sports I could get my hands on, I wanted to try. This mindset has also connected me with people from a variety of different health and fitness backgrounds and helped me in my coaching and training work. Currently my go-to sport is Skateboarding, which I have progressed through both in learning and in teaching, starting my own skateboard coaching business in 2021 and continuing to help newcomers to the sport develop their confidence and skill sets.

This love of helping people discover their own joy for exercise, sport and personal development has only increased during my studies of Exercise Physiology at Sydney University, and I bring this with me into every session I run, no matter your age, background, previous experience or level of fitness. If I can help you connect with exercise on a deeper level and in the process improve your quality of life, it brings me an immense feeling of success and pride in watching you succeed.

Having had close family connections to people living with a variety of different physical and mental conditions and experiencing the benefits of exercise for these people firsthand has only strengthened my belief in the importance of movement, exercise and passion for health that Longevity embodies and I am overjoyed to be a part of a team which wholeheartedly has not only each clients health, but also their goals, dreams and aspirations at heart.
