She is positive, encouraging, and engaging meaning that her sessions have an equal balance of education, challenge, support, and fun.

Eleni
Eleni’s interest in exercise physiology stemmed from a love of all sports, in particular soccer, which led to her own experience rehabilitating two ACL knee reconstructions with the guidance of an exercise physiologist. Eleni is passionate about helping others improve their health through exercise. Her aim is to empower clients to feel confident and capable both physically and mentally. Outside of the gym, you can find her at the beach, travelling and trying out new cafes. Eleni loves being part of communities like Longevity, which make people feel supported and hopes that her friendly, encouraging, and thorough approach will make exercise a rewarding and enjoyable experience.
Eleni enjoys working with clients of all ages and has experience prescribing exercise for a range of health conditions. She has a special interest in women’s health, mental health and musculoskeletal conditions including sporting injuries, osteoporosis, and arthritis.
