Starting an exercise program can be daunting, especially when living with a disability. However, through the guidance and assistance of an Accredited Exercise Physiologist, we can work together to make positive lifestyle changes, and improve quality of life.
Why see an Exercise Physiologist?

- Increasing community engagement and social skills e.g. participation in sports
Longevity’s AEPs are professionals at evaluating, designing, and delivering safe and effective exercise programs tailored to your specific needs, preferences, and goals.
