“Joining Longevity as a new grad was the best decision I ever made. Not only have I learnt so much clinically from the large team, but my leadership, business and financial skills have also improved – helping me to be a well-rounded member of the team. There is nothing better than working for a company that you love and feel so passionate about + working with your best friends.”
- Shannon, Marketing Leader & Edgecliff Team Member, 3 years on the team
What makes Longevity Exercise Physiology different?
The Teamwork! We work as a united team on everything we do – from client clinical outcomes to marketing, networking and planning our next social events.
At Longevity you have the opportunity to work side-by-side with a great team of EP’s at your location but also the ability to contact and work with EPs from other locations. This means that you can problem solve clinical issues with over 30+ team members.
One of our values is collaboration. We believe in getting out into the community and promoting the benefits of exercise and exercise physiology.
“I wouldn’t have learnt nearly as much about myself and what it takes to be a successful EP if it weren’t for becoming part of the Longevity team. Coming up to 5 years and I haven’t looked back!”
- Courtney, Edgecliff Team Leader, 5 years on the team
“I have been a part of Longevity for almost a year now. Coming out of uni as a new graduate I didn’t expect the level of personal and professional growth that I have received from Longevity.”
- Stefan, Coburg Team Leader, 1 year on the team
Longevity Team Culture
Longevity has always had a big focus on the team. We do regular social outings both as location teams and the full team (monthly). There are also many other opportunities to socialise with each other at rewards, presentations, PD afternoons and our annual retreat.
