Longevity Exercise Physiology are Hiring in Sydney!
Longevity Exercise Physiology now has plenty of roles available for new graduate Exercise Physiologists to join our teams at Pymble, Neutral Bay, Edgecliff and Kingsgrove. This is a fantastic opportunity to kick start your career in a dynamic and supportive workplace! These locations are gym-based and offer a diverse range of private clientele.
Longevity has a large team across Sydney, Melbourne and even Canada, and we’re always looking to grow. We believe new grads can bring a lot of value to the team and we offer many opportunities for professional development, and lots of support to help you grow professionally and personally. We provide this through weekly meetings, conferences and workshops to help develop your clinical and business skills.
As a member of the Longevity team, you will be working closely under our director, Jarrat, with regular one-on-one mentorship from team leaders and other senior members. You will have access to ongoing support from the senior leadership team, as well as the team as a whole.
Our clientele at Longevity is quite diverse, including private clients, chronic disease management, NDIS clients, DVA and healthy populations. This is an extremely valuable opportunity for clinical development, as you will be working with people of all ages and backgrounds.
At Longevity, we also highly value personal growth and strive to nurture the growth of our staff as individuals to help them thrive outside of work. Many of our team members have also gone on to accomplish many incredible things outside of work – our Marrickville team leader, Ryan, is currently captain of the GWS Giants for VFL, our Drummoyne team leader, Georgia, competed in the National Finals of the Australian Championship, and Mitchell, the director of Longevity Nexum in Canada has just won World’s Strongest Man!
It is important to Longevity that our team members are as fulfilled they can be at work, and outside of work, so we support all your professional and personal ventures. We also have many clubs, and a reading list to help develop your skills and knowledge in many areas.
Culture is also something we value highly at Longevity, so we have frequent opportunities for team building. These include regular social events for each location, and the team, as well as an annual company-wide retreat. With so many locations, we want to make sure the whole team feels connected, including our newer members.
We also offer our employees a variety of unique benefits. Our sessions are gym-based, which means you also have full access to the gym for your own workouts! We provide extensive onboarding to give you the best start possible. Growth is also one of our core values, so you will receive one-on-one mentoring from your team leader, and an additional two hours of team-based Professional Development each week, to help you learn and develop.
We also offer the opportunity to work flexibly full-time – we have many young parents on our team, so we know how important it is to be able to be a present parent for your children, which means we will work with you to create the best work schedule to suit your needs.
